The Region D Depot will soon be embarking on stabilising and reshaping gravel roads in “The Rock” in Naledi between the new Protea North-Naledi Bridge and the Drie Hoek train station, an area largely consisting of Reconstruction and Development Programme houses.
You may have noticed road construction works in Johannesburg’s Region E, comprising of areas such as Fourways, Norscot and Bryanston. The JRA has undertaken to rehabilitate and reconstruct old streets in a six month project which started in February this year scheduled to be completed in August.
The Braamfontein Spruit – the longest river in Johannesburg – will undergo a substantial rehabilitation, following interventions by the Johannesburg Roads Agency.
